Amber and Grant: Crookston/Grand Forks wedding

Hello, internet. It is day two of our 30 days of weddings here at the blog. Today I have Amber and Grant's lovely springtime wedding to show to your eyeballs!

We've been experiencing a rainy only-on-the-weekends sort of spring. This bums me out at times because I like a nice sunny day for the photo makin'. But, even though it was a rainy day for Amber and Grant's wedding, I was not bummed out. That's because Amber and Grant are so happy and nice they made me forget all about the rain. :)

Amber is gorgeous, as you will soon see, and Grant makes her laugh lots and lots. We had a great time laughing with them and their wedding party (especially a groomsman named Rob, AKA "Throb," who I maybe laughed with at the most).

Jacqui and Dan: St. Paul wedding

It is June and you know what that means! Time to book that flight to Paris. (Paris in June? Anybody? No? OK.)

June means wedding season, of course, and in honor of this lovely month, we'll be featuring a wedding each day on the blog!

First up :: Jacqui and Dan's beautiful St. Paul wedding!

Jacqui and Kory have been pals since college, so we were more than honored when Jacqui asked us to be her wedding photographers. Imagine the nicest people you know, and multiply that by about 10, and you'll understand how absolutely sweet, kind and thoughtful Jacqui and her husband Dan are.

On their wedding day, everyone (including the bride, bridesmaids, family members and us!) got stuck in a massive traffic jam on I-94 while heading to the wedding venue. So the day got a later start then originally planned. Of course, Jacqui and Dan were still smiling and laughing despite the minor setback.

Their ceremony was beautiful and heartfelt. After, Jacqui and Dan took a quick spin on a bicycle-built-for-two that they brought with them from Colorado. Then we saw the best wedding party dance EVER (Crank That Soulja Boy -- if you want to learn how to do this lovely dance, check it out here ).

Jenny and Randy: Engaged!

Say hello to not one but TWO redheads :: Jenny + Randy! They are getting married this summer and we can't wait for their wedding. Jenny was looking forward to outside engagement photos and of course most parks in the area are under water thank to the annual flooding.

But, we found one park in Fargo that would do :) Jenny and Randy toughed out a rather cool and windy day for these snaps ... Oh, don't you love spring in North Dakota?

(I adore Jenny's dress and charming bolero jacket.)

Justin in the spring

Well, spring is a relative term now, isn't it? I'm not sure if we'll ever have spring this year in North Dakota. On Sunday, we got snow ... and lots of it! By today, it has all melted. I'm just so ready to plant all sorts of stuffs in my new yard. Spring please come soon!

The last nice day we had, which was in the beginning of April, I spent an afternoon with little Justin. He's grown from a wee baby to a walking and talking toddler. Oh, and Justin has a head of hair that would make Kory jealous (hehee).
