Hooray for wedding season! Well, it's a little early for wedding season to officially begin, but yesterday we traveled over to Thief River Falls, Minnesota, for our first wedding of 2008. It warmed up to a balmy 30 degrees and it was a gorgeous day! We were excited to get back to weddings. Last December feels like so long ago ...  
 
Maren and Robby are such a sweet couple. They both love ice fishing, hunting, and snow mobiles (Thief River Falls is the home to Arctic Cat). We had such a great time working with them :) They were so down to earth and fun ... Maren and the bridesmaids even wore Ugg-like boots most of the day to get through the snow.

Maren's dress was simple and elegant. She dressed it up with a super sparkly necklace and bracelet.

They were married in an adorable country church less than a mile from Maren's house.  
 
Maren's aunt made the cake ... it was the best cake I've ever had (and it was pretty good lookin', too!)
